2 Partner Cherry Hill Collection/Bankruptcy Litigation Firm Seeks Associate

Highly regarded 2-lawyer collection/bankruptcy litigation firm seeks associate with 1-5 years of practical bankruptcy litigation experience (motions, discovery, trials, etc). A judicial clerkship would be considered, but not preferred to actual law firm experience. You will primarily assist partner, a Chapter 7 panel trustee, in bankruptcy practice representing trustees, creditors and debtors. Will also handle state court matters ranging from simple consumer collection matters to complex commercial litigation cases. Our practice is statewide throughout NJ and PA, so some travel (not overnight) will be required. Must be a member in good standing of both NJ and PA bars.
